SOURCING

At the heart of its trade, Gelazur’s sourcing activity is built on the longstanding partnership with production factories, exclusive agents which rigorously select products in accordance with the criteria demanded by Gelazur’s markets. Our factories are either BRC of IFS or audited by approved laboratories.

LOGISTICS

Organisation, packaging, and logistics make up a chain of shared expertise. Packaging by the producer on the production site of by European suppliers, production, transformation, long-term delivery programs, storage and the financing of goods are all totally controlled by Gelazur. Its experience in the coordination and development of complex supply operations is viewed by its customers as an important asset that bears witness to Gelazur’s success.

MONITORING

Controls and tests (several thousand per year), a computer-run sampling plan, expert control of the cold chain, and evaluations and audits of producers and subcontractors are an everyday reality for the Gelazur teams.
