As a matter of fact, to improve the reaction capabilities of her organization wrestling with the realities of a moving sector, Gelazur split her activity into 2 distinct and completely independent companies :
- GELAZUR INTERNATIONAL SEAFOOD : importation of frozen sea products have been excelling for 50 years
- GELAZUR DISTRIBUTION, who becomes AVANGOUT and is going to develop her wide range of products through the channel of catering and institutional
- En 2010, GELAZUR has just started up a new company : GALASIE, in charge of Asian products distribution
